Nope. Don't be daft. Never wear jewellery when swimming or in wet environments.
Not only does it tarnish and erode the metal, but you're in effect poisoning yourself with some jewellery if it has heavy metals in solders and others.
You may want to rethink that.
Constantly wearing items such as jewelry can cause issues. Not to the body, but to the items in question. There are lots of salts and oxides among the skin, especially excreted. To add, soap, shampoo and other washes can damage jewelry. Water tarnishes Silver.
To conclude, just take off the jewelry.
Wearing it constantly is a bit obsessive and weird.
I remove all of my jewelry before showering, bathing, or swimming.

If it is in the shower and it is real jewelry then i don't see why not. Gold does not rust so you should be ok.
Their gold or Sterling Silver would be ok. I think multiple times with brass , which is their more affordable line would be effected.
Don’t wear that in the ocean Anything shiny will attract sharks
I never take my chain off
