If you bought a home 1 year ago and it is worth twice what you paid for it would you sell it?

That is the case with our house, we bought it 3 years ago though. We thought about it, but it would be so hard to find another house that we would be at square one. We should have just tried to buy another house before the last election and sold this house now. Hindsight, amiright?

Our home is worth 3x what we paid for it and our other home is worth 5.2 times what we paid for it.

At your age, unless Grandkids, yes. Otherwise in the next 10 years it will at least increase 30%.
