I absolutely loved mine it was reliable comfortable safe I got great gas mileage off of it I couldn't complain at all about my Corolla. The only sad part was I had literally just got the title in the mail just paid it off and 2weeks later my boyfriend totaled it... But We survived. That was my baby my first car I absolutely love it! may she rest in pieces sigh 😔

I have my second Toyota Carolla and I just bought it and Absolutely love it. My mom is about to buy her third. They get Excellent gas milage.

As a car enthusiast, I am absolutely disgusted by Toyota Corollas.
Slow, spartan, ugly, and all around boring to drive. No genuine car enthusiast would want to be caught driving a normal everyday car such as the Corolla.
So the answer is no.

  Hyundai Tiburon 2007. Affordable yet looks good and is fun to drive. Sure, not exactly fast, but a good load of fun can still be had in the Hyundai Tiburon.

Corolla is good, get older made in japan not newer made in somewhere else.
or Get Scion XB first gen or Toyota Echo hatchback. They don’t look boring and will last forever with basic maintenance.

It’s the world’s most popular car. Also the most reliable. Repairs will be cheap and parts plentiful, great gas mileage, so overall this is probably the cheapest car

  It used to be both were 4s. Camry had a 6 version. Corolla may have come out with a 6, but that seems like overkill.

  When I test drove them the carolla was only a v4 or a v4 hybrid. The camry was those two plus a v6. I test drove the v4 and v6 options. I didn't want the hybrid as it is likely to be more expensive for repairs.

I really am not a fan of anything then Detroit muscle. I always have these two battles of practical vs. Emotional when I buy a car. 😆
Toyota's may be good cars as far as longevity goes. But they're not really cheap options anymore. And as I've said to you before. I'm 6'5", I hate compact cars.

My dads second car was a Toyota Corolla and I liked it, less than 3 very minor blemish accidents in 6 years and my dad was a new driver with only 3-5 years driving experience before buying it.

  Yep. I have an old Ford sedan and while it runs 10 years later with 240k miles, engine sounds crappy the moment you put the ignition in.

Really can’t go wrong with a Toyota. They are good cars with one of the lowest cost of ownership. The Corolla is a bit too small for my liking though.
