What makes supercars so expensive and which one is your most favourite?

I don't usually like them, they tend to be huge, boxy design and at least for me, pointless

now, if I were SUPER rich myself, and could afford to also buy a small country I would maybe actually enjoy driving it around in much more better roads than around here

Mostly what makes them expensive is very low production numbers. Making a hundred of anything is vastly more expensive per unit than making a hundred thousand or a million of them.

Actually it's not the high cost of super cars that is surprising, it's the extremely low cost of regular cars that's surprising. There is sooo much stuff in a car, much of it precision made, that it amazes me how cheap they can make and sell them.
