Fedex lost my package and claimed it was delivered, now ebay won't refund/replace items?

I buy stuff all the time and never have an issue. Should I just cancel the charge on the credit card at this point? I'm not sure what happened that caused someone to sign for it and it to not be found anywhere

If you didn't get it there's no point in you paying for it! I had a similar incident a few months ago! A guy mailed me a box of about 500 records from an eBay buy and, when I got the box, there was only 60 records in the box!! I contacted him and, as the box looked like it was ripped open at one point, we contacted the Post Office about it and they said that, between locations, the box DID drop from an overhead conveyor belt in a Post Office somewhere and it split open and apparently some of the records fell out but they only put a handful of them back into the box and taped it up! I never got the other other records and the seller and I agreed on an amount that he would refund me, and he did so. I promised him that I'd send him the money back if I ever got the records but, so far, they haven't shown up!! It doesn't look like they ever will!! If they haven't found them by now, they're GONE!!

It might be a porch pirate? Do you have cameras at your house or apartment.

EBay not refunding it sounds fishy. I’ve never had them refuse to refund an item that didn’t show up but was marked delivered. Definitely cancel the charge on your card.

I don't know but they wrote my name in. Didn't spell it right though. My guess is the fedex guy signed for it and delivered it to the wrong address.
