What can I gift my nephew on his 2nd birthday?
Toys that you don't have to worry about him choking on. Stuffed animals without beans in them. Maybe really large building blocks that they can chew on if they want but you don't have to worry about them swallowing

At that age, a stuffed toy or glowing sphere would be cool. Or a toy truck or dinosaur, make sure it’s too big to fit in his mouth so he does not choke on it.

Buy him a basketball.
Who knows you may spark something in him that he can enjoy for the rest of his life

I like to go on Amazon and search toys for two year old boys. A good list will come up. An experience is also a nice gift. You could take him to a movie or pumpkin patch.
At this age he doesn't really care about gifts or Birthday.
He's not even completely aware of his existence.
