How often does LEGO take 3 months to deliver a Pick a Brick order?

Some of the biggest bulljizz was pulled off yesterday. 5 packages were delivered here, and not a single one were my parts. They say they take 11-28 days at most. We order the parts for Optimus and VT in early December last year, still waiting on some. I don’t want to sound like a b*tch or anything but this is abominable. We also ordered the parts for Hammond pretty much 1 month ago, I still don’t have 94% of them. There’s something fishy going in here. Reminds me of the time my Drawing class had us do two assignments worth just one. Or maybe she just said it weirdly.

We received our bricks around a month after ordering. That was each time except once when it got stuck at customs office. We are still unsure how this happened. Where do you life because ours got delivered from Denmark and thats not even that far from where we life.

The answer is often. The issue isn't Lego as much as it is DHL (they suck) and customs. So particularly those bricks coming from Europe and looking at your creations yours use the special bricks coming from Europe.

But... Lego customer service is AWESOME. Get on chat with them -- they'll help. I've done it several times and the response is fantastic.

Buying loose bricks from lego isn't worth it. You can find the same bricks cheaper at a bricklink or a brickowl store. When I buy sets from lego it's usually at my place within 3 work days.

I’ve been buying from LEGO for years and the only problem I’ve had with them is they take so long that Titanoboas will evolve back into existence by time my packages are delivered. It always took until the literal Rapture itself but I still got my money’s worth. This is just the first time I’ve waited 3 months so I’m starting to get concerned.
