"How long does it take a new profile to be reviewed?
It could take anywhere from 1-10 days. To help expedite the process, it is in your best interest to upload as many good quality photos as possible and provide a nice substantial bio."

Most people seem to be around the 5 day mark, so I would think between 5-10 would be your ballpark.
