I found a bunch of cool stuff and don’t have room for it, what do I do?

Today while checking my closet I found some things which I believe were left behind by the previous house owner, three sculptures, some gemstones which might be fake, a framed stamp collection from years or decades ago and some very large leather purses, what do I do with it? Selling it is tough because I don’t know it’s market value since I don’t know whether the gemstones are real or fake, whether the sculptures are glass or crystal or Diamond, how old the leather bags are etc…

I thought maybe I could gift one item to my friend every time she buys me free food from the sushi buffet. I love the stuff I found but I don’t have room for it in my home.

I was painting the room in my house and got to my closet. I found a lot of clothes that I have not worn for a long time. I went through them and sorted them out got rid of the old clothing and the newer clothing I sent to a thrift store. I have newer shirts that I haven't worn and I can wear still. I also found that I have a lot more room in my closet.

Either give it away as gifts or donate it to a charity thrift store.
