What's the best material gift you have ever got by someone? Tell something about that person?

Well, my cousin who's also my idol gifted me this antique type things out of Harry Potter!

He recently opened his own company and started earning so he bought gifts for everyone. I really like that he was thoughtful while buying this gift, it's the best thing I have received as a person who wants to be a full time writer. I already like this so much that I don't want to use this, I don't want this to finish!

This cousin of mine is no less than a celebrity to me. He's 10 years elder than me and he's a digital creator (animator) and he is going to make all the book covers of my upcoming books. He's really cool, handsome and multi-talented. I look up at him the most after my dad. He's my idol because he chose the path he really wanted to go through. I'll probably get him some important electronic device when I start earning.

Really, I do t know. I guess would be a book. I got some cookbooks from my mom. My brother got me this one book I've been looking for for a long time.

Yes, I got this book set of three and it was all about scientific facts and how things are done with a loads of pictures on the pages and I still love it! Books are really good as gifts.

Oh, he kept it after you broke up. I didn’t see that. My ex gave me one for Father’s Day a few years back but I could never do anything with them…so I had to buy another one.
I try to take out one of my daughters kayaking once a month.

Honestly the answer is YES and I could have mentioned that in my opinion but I left it out because. I got a gaming set from my dad and in the 1990's that was one of the best available but I did not mention this because a gift given by parents does not count given the context of your question right?

At least I assumed that you are asking that if a 3rd person apart from my parents ever gave me any gift so for that the answer is NO.

Parents count too, I never mentioned that's it's about a third person apart from close members and to let you know, the cousin I'm talking about here is pretty close to me, I don't consider him someone out of my immediate family. So yes, close members count too. The gift from you dad counts.
