I would need to know a lot more about her likes to give a good suggestion. I could say something that she might hate. Even with more info, it is hard for other people (especially strangers) to guess what someone might like as a gift.

Best thing to do is sit down and really think about things she likes to do and see if you can put together a special day around those things. I will give you an example that a friend did for her SO on his birthday.

He really likes to cook. They love trying new restaurants and cuisines. So, she went around to some of the fancy local restaurants asking if any of the chefs would do a private cooking class.

She found one of the best restaurants agreed to it. The sous chef spent a couple of hours going through cooking techniques with them and all sorts of other cooking related things. Best of all, they got to eat all the delicious stuff they made.

Point is that example shows how she really did something special and extremely thoughtful. It is always the thought that matters and not so much the price tag.

Depends. What does she usually like? Generally, you can gift her with a teddy, chocolate, a keychain, ring or maybe a necklace.
