If you are already taking her on a cruise I am not sure you really gotta get her anything else. If anything I would plan some surprise excursions or special dinners during the cruise. Plus you can surprise her with a nice gift from one of the places you stop and both find special. A lot of those stops on the cruises through Europe and the med have lots of handmade jewelry and things that will always remind her of the trip. I really don't think you need to do more than you already are.

Diamonds are the traditional mark for 60, sapphire is 65 and platinum is 70

Gold is 50 and silver is 25

True but I've never had anyone refund a diamond they bought for their wife and I've been selling jewellery for a decade now
