What should I give my friend for her 50th birthday?

My friend is turning fifty soon. What should I give her? A hammered purple glass tea set, an amethyst necklace and earring set, pearls, a fancy scented candle, or a butterfly notebook and cute Asian pens? I want to give her something really special. She’s a simple woman, rarely wears jewellery, but likes it and is really into healthy living. Also, should I add a second gift, like flowers, or a second additional gift in this list?
