Golf club suggestions?

Just a girl trying to buy her boyfriend a club he wanted but I am completely clueless… he mentioned he wanted the (Ping driver) when I looked it up there is so many options and features… what would be a common driver to buy?

I believe it is too personal a choice and they usually need to be fitted to the person's height. It may be best to get him a gift card.
