Yes, bought a new Tesla Model S... have 109,000 miles on it. Never go back to gasoline powered car... I have no idea where the opinions come from that you have received?
"over priced death traps"?
"second hand value is zilch" ?
"Who wants a car for a few years and then get a bill for thousands for a new set of batteries"
"No absolutely not. I will never have a Duracell battery powered pile of shit"
Take it from me as a owner for 10 years, what these women have said is simply uninformed bullshit from those who know absolutely nothing about a car like my Tesla
. Simply pitiful that these women make stupid comments from such an ignorant place.
I drive the vehicle all over, and not afraid to go across country as I can charge the car anywhere on the planet... WOW SUCH stupidity displayed here
Nope. Cars are about freedom of movement. So whatever vehicle type is most efficient at proving the maximum range and the minimum recharge time in a comfortable durable package is the superior technology. Liquid fuels have the best turn around time of just a couple minutes to refuel at the most numerous and easily accessible recharge points (gas stations). With high fuel economy and a large fuel tank their range is also unmatched. I'm OK with driving a hybrid that recovers energy during breaking and diesel engines are generally more efficient and have better torque, so ideally there would be more options for affordable diesel electric hybrid vehicles with hoses and gaskets that can deal with biodiesel and biodiesel blends for fuel flexibility, but the market can't seem to provide that provide that at a competitive rate.
No. Never. They are too expensive, secojd hand value is zilch. Who wants a car for a vew years, then gets a bill for thousands for a new set of batteries?
How can you say they are too expensive even though u just said that them second hand is zilch?
Spend 50 grand on a new car. Sell it after 3 years. A guy buys it for 25 grand. After a year he fnds the batteries are duff and needs replacing. Bill comes to 25 grand.
It was not worth buying a used electric car.
Electric car batteries usually don't wear out to much within the first 5 years from new.
More common problem for 10+ year old cars.
But still, if you would replace batteries that would be expensive.
No absolutely not... I will never have a Duracell Battery Powered heap of shite.
LOL!!

I prefer petrol car or maybe hybrid.
But depending on economy, prices, needs and so on,
maybe sometime in the future.
Not now but yes when charging is easier and hydro electric.
In general yes, probably as a secondary vehicle. But it should be German, not a Tesla. :-)
How about a Porsche Taycan?
If you'd be okay with Korean car,
Then Hyundai Ioniq 5 N seems fun.
Cool car, but I'm not a Porsche guy. I would probably get one of the smaller new Volkswagen models (it's comes from the same family then, anyway :-) ). From the Japanese cars, I like the "Honda e".
I think Porsches are cool and seem to have good quality.
But I'd prefer a petrol or maybe a hybrid one.
Honda e looks cool. A bit retro futuristic and Honda usually means quality.
One cool thing about Hyundai Ioniq 5 is the standard version has over 300 HP even though it's single motor and the N version has dual motor and over 600 HP.
So for something that looks like a kinda normal crossover to match a Lamborghini Aventador in a quarter mile (N version) and be pretty good on track to. While still being practical and look fairly normal is a cool combination. A bit of a sleeper for people that don't know what it is.
The Ioniq 5 N even has a mode for simulating gears if you want that.
For city driving definitely. Longer trips I would want a hybrid.
No, overpriced death-traps.
Nope , they aren’t practical
