What does he like to do? My wife gets me inexpensive things, mostly from thrift stores, and I love them. Usually it's clothing and books, occasionally other things like wooden boxes that I enjoy having. One year she found a few small hardback books by Edward Gorey for like $2 each, and I was thrilled to get them.
