Do you think that it's still worth it to buy a wallet or case that has RIFD protection to put your bank cards in or is that technology outdated?

I bought a couple of card holders and a wallet when RIFD protection first came out.
But now I am seeing criminals can just walk by you and get your banking information by using some kind of scan.

I suppose that it might be worth it. I have a little jacket that my credit cards go into and the jacket goes in my wallet. I am not sure how effective it is.

A little protection is better than nothing.
I have a sleeve that I put my cards in and carry in my wallet. I have checked at a credit card reader. It wouldn’t read through the sleeve.

@darkcloud1945 it can be though definitely feel better then if something happens and if you loose said expensive RFID wallet then they are already locked saving you even more money and time.
