Why didn't she say goodbye to me at the end of the semester?

Out of everyone, we interacted with each other the most. She seemed to really enjoy, would tell people that the "people kept it interesting" in class. Always making each other laugh and it got to the point where I'd physically flirt by tickling her. We even hung out once.

She does have a boyfriend, though. However, on the last day, she didn't even say bye to me. She said bye to everyone else and hugged them, but she never came up to me. This was weird because she'd keep seeing these people next semester, but I was leaving the college so we probably would never see each other again.

I thought maybe she might text me and say she enjoyed our time together, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peep.

I'm confused. How could you spend that much time with someone and enjoy it, and yet not even say "I had fun" or even a goodbye when the time came?

It's possible that she just wasn't thinking about it in those terms, or even more realistically she has a boyfriend and while she had fun with you, it's possible that you were just another classmate to her. It's possible that she had to leave before she could get around to saying goodbye to you or maybe you always seemed like you were talking to other people when she had the chance. There's also the possibility that she really wanted you to come and say goodbye to her, so why didn't you?

what I don't get is that if I was just another classmate, then everyone else was definitely just another classmate, yet they got good-byes and hugs.

Maybe her boyfriend found out about you and was uncomfortable with your behavior, I sure as hell would be. Out of respect for him, and to keep her relationship with her boyfriend she decided not to flirt anymore. Or she simply realized that she will not be seeing you again so it didn't really matter.

well, can't blame me for flirting. Once she started saying stuff like how she hoped we'd end up in the same place in the future and that she didn't want me to leave, I thought I had a shot. Plus, she never told me to stop.

She probably found it too awkward or she got nervous. Maybe she didn't want to you two to get involved any further knowing you two were probably never gonna see each other again. Or maybe she was waiting for you to be the one to step up instead of she coming to you. Who knows man, but if you're starting a "new life" elsewhere, just know it that you had fun with her and move on.
