i just have them as madre and padre with an emoji that represents them. I'm not even Spanish though

ICE Matka (mother) and ICE Ojciec (father). I kinda set it to mother and father rather than mom and dad after they chastised me for not being respectful enough... So I listed them with the most official words for parents there are in my language (I added Pan/Pani at one point, which would technically translate to Mr/Mrs or Lord/Lady - the funny thing is XIX century kids actually called their parents Lady Mother/Lord Father around here).
