Is there a female equivalent to "Grow some balls, Grow a pair, Man Up, Be a Man"? why does life, society, culture, have all of these rules as to what?

separates Boys from Men, but not for what separates Girls from Women, do people ever say "Grow some Ovaries"? if so i've never heard that before, but honestly, seriously, why are human males judged and valued so much more for the adult mature version of themselves more than the other way around? I will admit i get very annoyed and frustrated being told or hearing "Man Up, Be a Man, Grow a Pair, Grow some Balls, etc."

Metaphorically speaking, it's like life and society, culture is like a Marine Drill Sergeant to us guys, it's like you can only take so much up until you reach your boiling point, breaking point and it makes you want to snap and punch the Marine D.I.'s lights out, it makes you want to stand up to the Bully that is life.

"Be feminine", "Act like a girl", "Stop being such a girl", "Stop being so overemotional/emotional/pms", "Act like a lady" etc.

I find the female equivalent is using encouraging or conditioning gals to be passive, subservient, out of the way, doing things for others, being the peacemaker at one's expense, ignoring their emotions for the benefit/comfort of others, and pleasing others while male geared statements are about assertiveness, domination, getting what he wants, and being pleased.

I don't doubt that guys are valued so much more as I find most societies generally regard males as superior and more valuable.

I highly doubt guys are judged more for the adult mature version of themselves considering sayings like 'boys will be boys' allowing childish immature behavior and often even attributing it as an excuse for sexual assault, sexual harassment, and rape.

I find gals are far more judged for the adult mature version of themselves as they are not only judged for their actions but what others do to them especially any 'bad' actions males choose to do to them such as rape.

"Harden up"
"Suck it up"
"Grow up"

Phrases you should only use if you're seeking to part with a limb:
"You're just hormonal"
"Calm down"

The demand for women to 'grow a pair' is definitely there, but by large we use sentences rather than catchphrases to express our thoughts. Typically the theme is the dismissal of feeling and emotion, by calling these traits childish or irrational.

I definitely hear women telling each other things like "suck it up" or "be a big girl" or "get your shit together" when it comes to taking responsibility for their lives.

Irresponsibility and lack of control is not looked on favorably in either sex.

Here in the UK we had a prime minister called Maggie Thatcher, she was the only one to have balls. The meaning being is she was the one who was prepared to make a decision that was difficult to do. This wasn't demeaning to women just showed how spineless her male colleges were

No. Society is harsher towards men and not very sympathic to weak men. Girls are ok in that department, girls are encouraged and nurtured

Because in this so called equal society, its acceptable for women to fail and never take any responsibility for their actions. To get bailed out by society but its never acceptable for men to be that way.
