Why are stripper heels so high?

Yes it can be for the look, but some tricks require you to grab your heel so you curve out more. It's easier with higher heels, even better with heels that have a hole in the platform so you don't accidentally pull your shoe off.

the higher the heel the more pressure a person puts on their toes. the more pressure on their toes the more their calf muscle is accentuated.

basically it's supposed to help make legs look longer, leaner, etc
