I am so insecure of my neck. I was teased by guys when i was younger and most of the time i wear scarfs.

Long necks are generally found incredibly attractive. Notice how on magazines, models are photoshopped to elongate their necks. You're good. Although I would recommend covering up that cleavage for it may attract unwanted attention.
