It's fake. I keep getting emails from some woman named "Adriana" telling me that she accepted my friend request on Facebook and wants to f*** me. I know that's fake because I never friended anyone with her name and don't have anyone with her name on my friend list. The things that are fake are often pretty easy to tell. You just need some experience I guess.
Anyway, don't worry about that message. You are not in any trouble.

or 2, someone else has used your computer, if it is yours alone and you know for sure no one else used it, then id go with option one.
