As a 28 year old girl (yes, girl) its nice to hear the general consensus is that i'm still young. ever since i turned 26 iv had a crushing fear of getting older. i really need to come to terms with it otherwise my whole life will pass me by before i realise that every day must be appreciated.\
i just want to know that im on par with people my age in terms of HOW old i look :)

You are only as old as you feel :) I would say at 28 maybe they mean getting older but we all do that each year lol but that is definitely not old. When I think of old, a senior citizen comes to mind, a person with great-grand kids.

Honestly, it's really not old at all.

When I was your age I probably would have thought that late 20s was on the older side, but being 32 I can tell you that it's really not at all. It's actually pretty young!

I can also say that at 32 years of age I feel like I'm just now starting to hit my prime. It's all in how you look at it, I think.

It better not be old. I was still doing everything as well as the next man (or better) at 60.
I had a 36 year old girlfriend who'd remind me of it "You can still do everything".

i turn 28 this year and i honestly feel old as fuck and really behind in life. i've gave up in the idea of dating because i already feel washed up and with lack of experience at my age its a red flag.

Age is only a number and your only as old as you feel. Im 31 and I feel 21 I work everyday for 8 hrs and walk 5 miles a day so just stay healthy and happy and forever young.
