Is 28 years old for a female , am I consider a young adult still?

39 is the last year you can be considered a young adult, in my opinion.
But at the same time, 28 for you could be a totally a different thing than 28 for someone else.
Some people have ridden themselves so hard, by 28 they're ready for the grave.
(Not literally, but you get the point)

Age really is just a number. Everyone ages differently, and if you take good care of yourself, you could still be youthful at 50.

Look at Jane Fonda. That chick is almost 90 years old and could still pass for 70

It depends on who you're talking to. If you're talking to a 50yo, then yea, you're a young adult. If you're talking to someone in their early 20's then probably not (28 is basically a glorified 30).

I’m 26 and I still consider myself a young adult. I think it depends where you are in your life. Some 26 year olds are married with kids so they wouldn’t be considered young adults while some are still in college so they would. 28 in my opinion is still a young adult. Even into your 30’s.

Also, if your boyfriend is calling you old, remind him that if you’re old, he’s old too. My mom used to do that all the time to bring me down until I reminded her the older I get, the older she gets too.
