What would you expect from a woman at that age? Where should she be in her life.
At what age is a woman considered not young anymore?
What would you expect from a woman at that age? Where should she be in her life.
30 is young to me. A young phase involved with more maturity and experience.
To me it starts with forty and fully enters the old phase by fifty.
26 years is a mid-age of adulthood. The lifestyle and living details could be different for many people. I don't find it suit enough to put an expectation on it. I mean someone could choose to pull out education and marry. Or marry and continue the education, maybe someone decide to be single and drop the education and enter a work by the recent degree and so on. Lifestyles are according to the choices and we can not make these decisions for people.
The only thing that i can put as an expectation, if i have to say, i'd say it's better if a person find themselves, who they are, where they are and where they want to go and who they want to become. by this age. Finding their true self, setting certain goals and an organized life what i would personally expect.

your poll choices are too narrow
it's really in the mindset and overall appearance
I'd say no sooner than 50 unless she doesn't take care of herself.

Well 25 is when women in my opinion start getting old by 30 their biological clock is ticking after they have been screwed every which way and have serious baggage and insecurities, then the cycle turns to them finding men who are gullible enough to marry them, that's the cycle.
You totally nailed that one. Nice job!
again. this really only applies to white women. its been proven women of color age slower
I'm not saying old physically by old I mean baggage and issues
dont teenagers have insecurieties y mom s 40and she is very confident woman c: most of you can't keep ur hair lol so i think it apples to everyone! i dont think ill ever get marrie tho after u said that :////. some men like older women and i hope you're say8ing this and look rlly good can my oopinion u look just as bad as old women cause u got no hairlne and get fat lol
I'd say 25. Most social grouping have a group for ages 18-24 (including this website as we can see from your anon profile), so I'd call that young. I'd also say society is far more harsh on women's age than men. What is considered young for a man isn't for a woman. So yeah, 25 sounds about right.
25 is still young honestly. You're in your mid 20's and most aren't married or have a baby.
Also keep in mind fertility doesn't start going down until 35 for women, and women in their 20's all throughout are at their most fertile.
@dudeman 25 year old women is not equivalent to a 35 year old man. Women live longer than men. The average lifespan for a woman is 81. How is that even an equivalent?
I never said I agreed. The question was "At what age is a woman considered not young anymore?", and generally society considered 18-24 to be young, 25-39 to be adult, and sadly for women, once you're past 40 you're invisible.
For men it's different. Society treats 18-35 as young, 36-59 as adult, and 60+ as an older guy; but even then, not necessarily invisible. The fact that so many of the "sexiest men" according to celeb culture are in their 50s yet almost all the sexiest women are under 30 tells you something. Society treats men aged in their 50s and women in their late 20s as equivalents.
Actually you're wrong again. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_adult_(psychology)
www.usacanadaregion.org/.../young%20adult-2.pdf
www.reference.com/.../age-young-adult-c5b1a8a6553b26d9
Not sure where you got 18-24 from aside from this site
You asked for an opinion. I gave you one. You don't then get to claim I'm wrong whilst posting other peoples opinions. Don't want an answer, don't fucking ask. I'm not here to validate you.
@dudeman Actually, you must mean white women this applies to. Black women and sometimes Asian women have been proven to age slower by 10 years than white women because our melanin halts the effects of aging. Its why so many black and Asian actress are in their 40's and still look like they're in their mid-20's.
You said it wasn't your opinion but what society said, then I showed you proof that society never said such thing and you didn't get that 18-24 thing from anywhere other than site. So don't throw a hissy fit because i called out your argument as invalid
@dudeman And like I said a women's age stays well intact from age 21-28. Its only around age 30 when a women eggs start decreasing. Throughout a woman's 20's a womans eggs and chances of conception and egg quality stay the same. How does Egg Quality affect Fertility?
Egg quality has a huge impact on your fertility. If you have poor quality eggs, you will probably have a difficult time getting pregnant and staying pregnant. The impact of poor quality eggs is reflected in the general decline in pregnancy rates as women age. Women between the ages of 15 and 25 have a 40% chance of conceiving every cycle. Women who are over 40 however, have less than a 25% chance of becoming pregnant naturally. This is due to the fact that women who are older tend to have fewer eggs and eggs of a poorer quality.
www.fertilityfactor.com/...tility_egg_quality.html
@dudeman I think both of you seem to have no clue about women's bodies or how different groups age and our fertility or what society believes because as you can see from the poll most said 30.
@dudeman Well considering that the average American women are marrying at 27, no I don't think so.
@dudeman actually the average time of dating and then getting engaged is a year or so. So the average American woman started dating said man at around 26
@dudeman Not sure what you're harping about. I've already shown you studies and gynecologist saying egg quality stays great from 15-29. That black and Asian and other dark skinned women age slower than men or lighter skinned women because melanin halts aging process by 10 years and that most sites consider 18-35 young adult. Not sure where you're getting all your info from
@dudeman You literally make no sense. You're not basing this logic on any real facts. Most American women meet their partner and begin dating at 26. Then marry at 27. Women's egg quality stays prime between 15-29. Then decrease at 35.
You said "young", being capable of having kids isn't young, it's adult. Young is before that. So the age a woman become menopausal has no relation to what we consider young. 30 is NOT young, sorry to break it to you.
No. Young doesn't mean before having children. Even 12 year old girls can have children technically. Again you don't even seem to understand what young means so there's no reason to keep this going
@dudeman 25-26 is when women start dating their future husband. therefore if unmarried and don't have children. i'd consider this young adulthood. adults would be 30
@dudeman after 23? what is your definition of young then? i showed you fertility is max at its peak from 21-28 and then showed you women of color age 10 years slow physically and then most women don't even get married or have kids until they're 27-28.
@dudeman nowhere is this rule written anywhere. a 23 year old woman is not a 30 year old man in equivalency. you just sound stupid
@dudeman a rule where? in fuckboy logic. women hit menopause when they're 50. then die at 81. a girl who's 25 isn't even at third of her life.
https://www.dictionary.com/browse/young
Young - being in the first or early stage of life or growth; youthful; not old:
Human being live to be about 75-80 years old. The first or early stages of life does not extend to someone's fucking 40s, that's past middle aged. The 30's middle aged. That's not the first or early stages of life. 30 years old is 40% into someones life expectancy. If you where watching a film and I said, "oh you've only missed the early bits, most of the film is still to come", would you expect to be more than an hour into a 2 and half hour film.
Look you don't like the answer you got. Big deal. You wanted opinions, you've got them. Society considers women young if they're under 25, and I tend to agree. I disagree with the fact that they treat men in their 30s as young, that disparity is weird... but your way of defining young is frankly terrible.
The average age of a womans death is 81. By 25 they haven't even reached a third of their life (30%)
If you define 21 as young, then they've already reached 25% of their life. So again you're not making any sense.
Also by your own definition men at 25 would be considered old. The average age of death for men is 75 because men usually die younger. So by that age they've already used up a third of their life.
@dudeman Your logic doesn't even make sense. I showed facts that men die younger so by age 25 they've already used 1/3 of their life. They are not equivalent. If anything a 25 year old man= 30 year old woman.
@dudeman no WHITE WOMEN age faster. As I said before. Women of color age slower. We even age much slower than white men or Asian men. www.dailymail.co.uk/.../...twice-likely-black.html
and as i said it doesn't matter what you look like. it involves a lot more then that. even if a women looks young but has an aura of a lot more life experience its an unattractive trait. has nothing to do with looks im not sure how you dont understand this. it has to do with her age.
@dudeman Again if your speaking desirability then its really just white women who lose their desirability younger. In fact even if you look at black celebrities, the hottest black celebs are in their 40's and still considered hot and given roles. Taraji Henson, Gabrielle Union, Sanna Lathan, Stacey Dash, Kerry Washington. The same isn't true for white women who age faster. Its why Megan Fox, Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie fell of the map when they hit 35. Meanwhile black actresses like Bianca Lawson can play the high school love interest at 37 and still gets many roles. Like she did on Pretty Little Liars
In fact Megan Fox fell of the map at 25. Just like you said. But sorry to break it you can't compare white women aging quickly and losing their desirability to women of color. Its well known that most black actresses are working well into their 40's and get consistent roles. Same isn't true for white actresses.
@dudeman lmao! you're too dumb. "their aura" actually you can't tell how old some black people are. in fact for many you can't. one woman I know who's 40 looks 21. its even been made into several skits how black women don't age. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3sFHAixwag
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-oEzx9IG10
@dudeman a 35 year old man isn't as young as a 25 year old woman lol. its just that cause men focus more on money and jobs and stuff they dont worry about wrinkles but ofc its old. you start getting fat and lossing ur hairline. guys also have the "youthful glow" or whatever. a 25 yr old woman is at her peak
@dudeman no you can take hormones. menopause also doesn't stop till 45. also just because men dont always focus on their attractiveness doesn't mean that its any less dfferent than woman :P yeah sure it tilts down till after menopause then it just crashes but some of y'all can't even keep ya head of hair in highschool and walk around with a gut. feels bad man
im 14 by the way. idfk about dating or anything but you guys aren't young XD you think 16 year olds would want to be with 30 or 40 ear olds cause they think they are attractive? heck no. probably cause of money or experience or some crap like that, but not cause ur attractive
lik e a mean i dont disagree a 25 year old woman is a mature adult but so is a 25 year old man you guys aren't different in my opinion
At that age I would expect a woman to have an education, be married or in a serious relationship, or at least trying to be, and maybe have kids. Unfortunately many women these days are just focused on their career and in the meantime most of the good men are getting married and settling down with the good women. They will wake up soon and realize they have been mislead and life has passed them by.
Girl looks start deteriorating after 25 or so. A few glaring exceptions of course, for women who exercise and have a healthy lifestyle. They can sustain it to their 30's.
this only applies to white women. not women of color
Eh, sort of. Asian women and black women age slightly better but not necessarily. If you take a look at, say, Alicia Keys or Hally Berry, I believe one is thirty something the other forty something, respectfully? The age shows. They are not as attractive as they were when they were younger. While most men look their best from their mid twenties to mid thirties, even until their 40's if they take care of themselves.
A perk of being a guy is that femininity is associated with youth, so feminine features disappear with age, while masculine features don't. Looking like Hugh Jackman, Jason Statham or even Ben Affleck is not far fetched if you hit the iron. While most guys aren't Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt we get the luxury to maintain looks without losing masculinity with age. Girls don't have this luxury, as much as they take care of themselves and even considering how long make up hides the aging.
You used two light skinned women as an example? Alicia Keyes and Halle Berry are both mixed with white.
BLACK women like Gabrielle Union, Sanna Lathan, Kerry Washing are over 40 (almost 50) and can pass for 20's.

Your whole argument is that feminine features (youthful clear skin) disappears with age is only true for white women, because they have thinner skin. Black and Asian skin is actually naturally thicker and as black people age the face fat actually gets thicker as well. Black and Asian also have higher cheekbones which helps bring out the feminine beauty.
If anything Black and Asian women have the most feminine features overall.
Youthful skin, fuller lips, less body hair, etc..
I also think in general when Black and Latina women eat right when we can afford to black and Latina women have the best curves and bodies hands down.

When white women age they start to look more like men.
Well, yeah they look reasonably good but then again they wear make up, hair extensions and whatnot. Even if they'd still look younger than white women, age is still playing against them. You can take any woman's picture when they were in their 20's and they would look better regardless of race. That was my point, anyways
This black guy in the video pretty much explains it perfectly. Its why you never hear black men so eager for getting married to black girls so young. They know they're going to be looking good and not aging badly well past their 30's and 40's so they're in no rush to settle them down while they're young.
I mostly just hear it from white men who say things like what you said that women lose it past 25. No white women lose it. Not really other races.
Even today the black celebrities, black men gush over are in their 40's nearing 50's.
Nia Long, Gabrielle Union, Regina Hall, etc.. There's so many. You never really hear them go on about anyone else. Because as they say
"Black women age like fine wine"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-oEzx9IG10
Actually. Your wrong again. Its pretty known by most black men that black women actually look better when older to them. They literally say this all the time. I suppose you never follow them on Twitter.

If you read they're comments its pretty funny how most of them lust after older black women.
Not the younger ones so much. I think lighter skinned black women don't age as well as darker ones, but its the general consensus from black men that they think black girls look better with age and age in reverse as they say
Not really. The fist picture for example looks like one is with make up, the other isn't. Also, even though most of these women seem to look better older, their youger pictures are from the 90's/early 2000's so of course they'll look better with a modern hairstyle and clothes and all... I'm not buying it.
Plus, that's a very poor choice of pic for Beyonce. She doesn't look very good now, where she used to be quite gorgeous just a few years back.
In both pictures Gabrielle has make-up on. The first one is from when she was on Bad Boys Movie. The second one is now.
Not really. I can literally post pic after of white celebs who even in present day and more technology and make-up and updated clothes look much worse than what they looked like 10 years ago.
I actually think Beyonce suffers from the" light skinned curse" as black people call it. A lot of mixed black women sometimes don't age so well so she might have that like Jasmine Guy and Alicia Keyes and Halle Beryy do, but darker/brown skinned black women literally seem to look younger with age.

uh, no... im 14 and i see 40 year old men walking around wth no hair and a beer gut. you think you loose ur attractiveness later caus e you nice all these men in their 50s with nice hair and abs but you're leaving out one thing and that is that all these people you are talking about are famous models and actors. They got picked cause they look good so ofc theyre gonna look good for their age, duh! :P the majority of you look like the woman in your age range, and according to you, absolute trash! SOS
18-24 is your golden year.
Anything after 25 is all downhill from there.
how is 25+ downhill? Explain.
You just are able to buy cars by yourself and still at 26 people are able to be on their parents insurance plan. how is 25 old?
That's young. I'm 39 and still feel young. I even had someone think I was 28 recently lol. Plus some 18 year old was interested not that long ago. No one believes my age anyway so I don't worry about it lol
Beyond the age of between 40 - 45 is not young anymore. 24-30 years old is young and even the age of 35.
For me youth is all in the mindset. Its a state of being. Age is just the number of circles we turn around the sun. Its not an accurate indicator of one's mental state of youth for me.
Well, i think age 30 is awesome age for girl to meet a guy.
always viewed women as timeless, as they age they get more refined adding to their appeal
Considering we live between 10-12 years, I would say 6
its more about the looks les about the age in mi opinion
A woman is considered young by me below 35, people live to 90 so even 40 seems young.
Fuck that!! I'm not old... never!!
45+
Even 30 is not old
what do you think of the age 25 for a girl who has no kids and no relationship
That's totally fine. And she's still young with plenty of time
I'm 26 and feel a bit too old for certain things.
I think your still old enough to be on your parents health insurance
We get free healthcare here.
I would say 45-50 is when you're not young anymore
25+..
So over age 25 is considered not young? or age 25
neither young nor old stucked between :D
40-45?
at 55-60
