I'm actually having toast and coffee now hehe
I have butter pretty much on white or multigrain bread, sometimes Nutella if I have any in the cupboard.. And homemade apricot jam if I have made any (just something fancy) lol

Most times I'll do straight butter on it, or peanut butter is good if you're having it by itself. But hands down the best thing I've had is my buddy Piper's mother's homemade passion fruit jam. Shipped all the way from Hawaii where she's from. Outstanding. Apricot and currant make for fire flames jam too.

Margarine/butter. Probably jam/jelly. Maybe peanut butter. On rare occasions butter and cinnamon with optional sugar. <- that's soooo good. I used to do that a lot when I was a kid but very rarely now.

I've also made my own raisin bread by smashing raisins on the toast.

That's an old travel recipe I used a lot. I did a lot of long distance driving for days or weeks. When you get tired just pull over someplace and find a picnic table. All the ingredients keep in an ice chest. Make the toast over a camp stove directly over the flame. It's surprisingly filling, but it's not heavy enough to put you to sleep when you drive. I even grew my own sprouts in the car as I traveled, so they were always fresh.

BUT, sometimes I do the following

Butter, Strawberry jam and a slice of processed cheese on top (the yellow kind)
Peanut butter, sprinkle some sugar on top
Occasionally, Butter, cinnamon and sugar
Nutella and peanut butter
Brie cheese, tomato and parsley with a touch of mayo

OF course there are many many more options but these are some :)
