Do you like attached or detached earlobes?

I have attached earlobes, but all my friends have detached, I was wondering if people have a preference.

I've never heard of anyone having a preference when it comes to ears before...
I took biology last year, and attached/detached earlobes are a single-controlled genetic trait. Detached ears are a lot more rare than attached one's.. so it's surprising that all your friends have detached ears... hm.

I don't really care about ears..

That’s a lie from what I read it is most common in Asia and America (attached) and detached is most common in Europe and Africa, if I’m wrong then it’s not lie.

I don't know why but it just surprising/different. I'm not really a fan of attached ear lobes. I just can't understand why are they stuck to the person's face.

Also you can't kiss the person behind their ear or anything like that. Can you guys even. get your ears pierced?

Also I kind of have a thing for guys with big ears that stick out... so it's a no go if your ears are. stock to your face.

Its jist the ear lobe and its not stuck to our face and yes yoi cam kiss behind our ear, lol

We just dont have that freaky piece of fat (ear lobe) dangling like most ours look more clean. Streamline, sexier, who wants a fat piece of ear lobe just dangling? Nasty, lol

If your ear/the back of your war is literally stuck to your face and it doesn't stick out at all or you can't pull it it's attached.

If comes off of your face/sticks out even a little bit it's detached.

@DivaMonae Ohhh thanks for explaining. Yup, mine are detached. I don't recall having ever seen anyone with attached earlobes before, seems like having your ear stuck to your face would be a bit odd, but then again I've never payed attention to that.

@DivaMonae no the ear lobe isn't stuck like that it just connects at the bottom in a more streamline neat fashion then a dangling ear lobe does

Attached is a recessive trait so that's why it's less common. I have attached earlobes too and most of my friends have the common hanging earlobes :p

That's not even something I notice unless it's pointed out to me, lol. Most people have detached earlobes because that's the dominant gene. Attached is recessive which is why it's less common. I don't think people have a preference for that.

Oh and I *do* prefer attached. NOT just because I have them, but because they really do look nicer.
Detached earlobes have too many differences between them that could make them very unattractive (like excess saggy lobe for instance)...
Also, if they're a particularly "lobey" pair, I sometimes get the urge to flick them (I'd never act on it though, just a fantasy...). Or I'll envision them flapping on a windy day and lol to myself.
