Trending & News Try drinking water that's room temperature. I've heard that it's easier for your body to absorb water if it's not too cold or too hot. Also I've heard that small sips instead of big amounts of water are easier for your body to absorb.
I drink mostly water and that's how I do it. Some days I'm more thirsty than others. Also maybe cut back on your sodium intake. Usually things with high percentages of sodium make me very thirsty.
How much water are you drinking? It should be about 64 oz. Too little will lead to you feeling dehydrated and too much could be washing nutrients out of your system. Also what's your diet like?
I drink between 6-10 water bottles. My diet is alright, all i ate today was salad at soup. I take b vitamins and drink a couple cups of cofee, maybe thats it?
Just stay with it. Drinking water is very good for many things. You are basically going through withdrawal, since your body is used to a lot of sugar.
See a doctor maybe?
I've never seen or experience anything like this when I cut my soda intake.
