Has anyone purchased jewellery from GLAMIRA, what was your experience like?

I purchased a $500 ring from this company and they have been so horrible!
This company misrepresented by saying they would deliver after 5-7days, but they don't deliver on time. Immediately after placing my order, I got another email changing the delivery date and they changed it 4 times I have been waiting for my ring now for 3 weeks! customer service is awful!

I am so worried that even when I receive this ring it will not be like the one on the picture.
I payed with Paypal so I am thinking maybe they won't be able to get away with this :(

Anyone have a similar experience with this company?
