It's basically a supposed fan game and universe created around a place where there's a secret goverment hiding strange and unexplained objects and beings, like things such as a haunted annabell doll, to creepy statues that weep blood, to other mysterous entites and ghosts

But all of it is fake or at least fan made, there's even a game made markiplier and pewdiepie sometimes play it, but the actual "scp" is based off a myth, that a place like it does exist
