I didn't think they did, I looked it up. Egg-laying animals do not menstruate, and only some mammals experience "a period" during menstruation.

No they lay eggs that turn into tadpoles eventually upon fertilization.
The technical term for period is to menstruate or menstruation. It exclusive to mammals, though not all mammals. Frogs are not mammals nor are toads.
