You're 14, it's most likely because your boobs are still growing, haven't fully developed yet. When I was your age, it also hurt for me, it hurt A LOT. These days it's not that bad at all.

Yes it does. The reason is that the breast is soft and made up of tissues so you will feel a lot of pain if you are hit there

There are a lot of nerve nerves in the breasts so yeah, there are going to be sensitive. Not too unlike getting kicked in the balls only less intense from my understanding.

Beause there is milk inside. So by punching a boob, its like putting pressure on a water ballon. The boob will explode if too much pressure is exerted thus, causing pain.
