Assuming the body is decent, pretty face is the deciding factor. If the body is not decent, it's a dealbreaker.

Your 'too thin' girl has a better body than 80% of women out there.

Girl B > Girl A. But Girl A beats any significantly overweight girl no matter how great her face is.

I think the faces and bodies of the girls you posted both look good to me. Generally though, I would rather a pretty face, over a hot body.
