ok so its like this, i went on paint software, i couldnt use this particular pic since it wasn't compatible with paint software but i used another one of him in a white jacket and shoes, basically the second one u get if u google "j-hope height" and used that rectangular measuring tool, i then using the tool measured his height in pixels which was about 1420 pixels and then i measured his face length which is hairline to chin, that was about 152 pixels so 1420/152 equals 9.34 now we know the ratio of his face length and height, so divide 177 (his height) by 9.34 which is 18.95 cm, this would be with a max error of 2 cm either side of the measurement, the guy might be a heartthrob but he needs to learn to read the scale again XDD (sorry, if ur a diehard fan but lol)
