Yeah, I have a very sensitive prostate. Its been this way since I was about 13. When the poop rubs my prostate slighty, I start dripping cum, not precum, but actual cum, and a lot of it. It feels amazing, but it's also very annoying. I've talked to a doctor about this and I was told this is genetic and this is how it is for some guys.

I would never tell my girlfriend this, because I think it's embarrassing as heck
