Why does pooping feel so good in the morning?

I know tell me about it. My morning poop is my best poop! It feels so good. It feels like my day is just not the same unless I have my morning poop. However, I think for me pooping feels so good in the morning because I have to poop so badly it is pretty much trying to force its way out my ass. I am thinking the reason for this is because at night the poop builds up and this results in a big poop and big poops always feel very good to do. I always without fail poop in the morning and pretty much every day it is a big poo and that is why it feels so good. It makes my unsettled tummy go away in the morning once I have done my morning poop and I walk out thinking gosh that feels better LOL. Sorry if that is tmi though.

Seriously best way to poop = to have a Hand Bidet Sprayer by the toilet. With these you don't really need Toilet Paper anymore and you can use it to spray some water up your pipes to get things moving with less straining.
