Sure, maybe. They might be catfishing someone's photos but obviously you can't tell what someone sounds like over the phone. If they're using a woman's pictures and they're a woman, they can easily pretend to be that person because the voice won't be too off.

Yes the would because they feel like they have to prove themselves. Real people know they don't have to prove themselves so they don't give anything out.

It's possible. They might really like you or someone else as a person and want to talk to you or him/her.

What makes you think they are a catfish - Have you done the tests, send pics of them holding certain things and page with their username - Once they pass them give out personal info if you trust them - Maybe best to use an app like KiK

No there is ways they can have a second number that can be searched or
found on the Internet also i use this website www.pipl.com put in some
usernames from here and you can find out lots about them. etc...

Yes they would if you two decide to text and call each other. There are however apps you can use to text and the phone numbers are bogus.
