Yup, totally! The more relaxed i get, the more aroused i get.
Actually what's interesting is that if the massage lasts less than 20 min, i'm only relaxed. When it's longer than 20 min, i get into this super relaxed state where i just feel like a melting piece of chocolate. A very happy, melting piece of chocolate mind you. And from there i get a little aroused, and the more relaxed i get the more aroused.
Looking at the answers here though... wow i'm surprised... i'm an anomaly!

  Nothing I would necessary complain about, but would definitely be a bummer if my girl would not like being massaged. My mom is a trained masseuse (albeit not working as it anymore) and thus I know pretty well how to properly massage. Also I emphatise with how it feels for me and when I imagine my girl couldn't have the same pleasure it would just make me sad.

Depends. Regular massages makes me feel to the point of tranquility and falling asleep. Massaging with foreplay, that's a different feeling
