C cup is usually considered average. However your bra size = boyfriend is a myth. If your having a lot of men rejecting you over your bra size then that means most of the guys where you are, are probably boobmen. If that is the case then it is unfortunate for you. But there are plenty of men out there that prefer the smaller boobs.
Small it means you're a big girl with small boobs. That doesn't make sense tho if you're as small as you say. Are you sure that's your size?
