What are your views on 38D cup: Big, small average?

I just found out my cup size is 38D according to the American system. Is it considered big, small or average in your country?

That size is a bit bigger than the national average in my country, but looks natural and nothing out of the ordinary. You can hide them, or show them. With a v-neck, etc. top, a lot of eyes will look because they're a bit bigger than average.
