Yep! Nothing "wrong" with that size at all! 🙂 I can honestly say I'd date and be equally as attracted to a woman with 28As as someone with 36DDDs. Smaller boobs are not a "negative" and they in no way, shape or form make you any "less" of a woman because of your size. AT ALL. Smaller boobs are just beautiful.
While there are certainly guys out there that like big boobs, there are just as many who like smaller boobs. I actually posted a comment here on GAG about this recently. If I can find it, I'll post it here for you, because it sums up a lot of cultural stereotypes and hopefully it will bring you a little peace (hopefully!).
But regardless, you should learn to love your body, because it is worth loving. And if you can't, there will ALWAYS be a guy who will. Fully and entirely. Regardless of what you think of yourself. Because when you find that guy who does (and you will, I assure you), all these fears will wither away because you'll feel completely loved by his attraction to you the way you are.
True love is not a cup size. Never tell yourself otherwise. 😉 You're beautiful just the way you are. 🙂
Don't feel low about yourself. Your body is your body and should be natural the way it is. It all depends on the woman and her body type.
I like petite girls and small breasts are fine too. I actually prefer breats that fill my hands or just start spilling out of them. I have small hands.
Be proud of who you are. Men find confidence attractive. You wear clothes that accentuate your form and highlight the best parts of your form, men will notice.
Don't let something like this get you down.
I used to be a 34A and got told by a couple of guys that they were too small. Other loved them. Although the last guys seem to like my C cups better.
I just started lifting weights and increased them naturally that way. I wanted to stop at a B but they had their own ideas.
In conclusion, there is a guy out there that loves whatever size you have

You're 19 - which means it's possible your body hasn't finished growing.
I had a friend at school who was 5' 7" aged 18 when we left school. I ran into him 5 years later. He was 6' 1" by then - taller than me. (I didn't ask about his junk).
More importantly: looks are fleeting. They can change in a heartbeat.
Stop comparing yourself to others. You're an attractive woman based on the photos you've posted. Demand right treatment from your boyfriend.

When it comes to boobs, the only thing I don't like is fake boobs. That is a major turnoff to me, and they're just SO unattractive.
Big boobs are hot, because they're voluptuous and Yum!
Small boobs are hot because they make a woman look more girly, i. e. younger, and that is hot, as long as it's legal.
So be happy with your small boobs. They probably also suit your body best.
Look boobs come in all shapes and sizes and placements I’ve never seen a breast I haven’t liked! Your you! embrace your body and be proud of it! not everyone is gonna like what you have and that’s ok. And some will drool over you and that’s ok too but the importance of loving yourself first is key here

If the girl is pretty and if she has as cute figure than of course her petite breasts will be attractive. I think too many women are insecure over their breast size when they really have no reason to be.

A small chest isn't bad. I do like larger breasts, but smaller breasts are still good. If I had a girlfriend with small breasts, i'd try to find clothing she can wear that either shows it off or uhh hard to explain. Microbikini top or a half shirt.
Sure, don't feel shy. I prefer small and natural to large but looking as if surgery has been done.

When I was younger my boobs were a 36A and I felt so unattractive because they were virtually non existent.

I don’t know about the skinny. If you look anorexic, that is not appealing. But small boobs are actually very attractive to many men! I love them. Be happy with what you have because it is appealing.
Personally I prefer small boobs. Try not to worry about your size and have more confidence in yourself.

Oh absolutely, I love small breasts, they're a wonderful turn on for me and many other men.
You want honesty? No. Not as attractive as C cups per se. Maybe guys on here are willing to lie and say it doesn't matter , but in reality it does and for biological reasons of course.
Do not let it get to you tho , most of us have flaws. But this is just the truth tbh.

Ehh... only if you are truly actually petite and skinny. Then yeah, it's fine. If you're heavy at all, it won't look good.
