Can I get dress coded for wearing pantyhose under my ripped jeans?

At my school we can't wear ripped jeans without something under them "too much skin showing. It distracts boys" so I was thinking would I still get in trouble even if I wore pantyhose under my jeans even though my skin really isn't showing?

Will they be the nude coloured pantyhose or the black ones? I think wearing nude coloured ones will not be ok. Black ones yeah, as long as they're not the fishnet ones, you should be all good

I would go the safe route and just wear black leggings underneath as pantyhose by school standards aren't covering anything.

depends on there colour black would probably be ok as they would hide your skin
