Well challenge accepted? My girlfriend challenged me boy get more pain if kick between legs so lets see who will last men standing

They can't know if it's the same pain and neither can we. We can't swap genitals. I would doubt that the pain is the exact same but of course they will feel pain too. They have sensitive parts there, they have nerve endings, they have flesh and bone. Being kicked sufficiently hard will hurt ANYWHERE on the body. You'll feel it to one degree or another.

It's painful for women too obviously. Getting hit anywhere hurts, and the genitals are usually more sensitive so that means more pain. If I had to take a guess though, I'd say it's more painful for guys just from how I've heard them describe the pain.
