He's overly touchy, gets mad when you say you need a little bit of space, he stares at you, and when you look at him he holds eye contact for an uncomfortable amount of time, he has bad hygiene (dirty hair, smells bad), breathes really hard, he texts you long paragraphs even when you don't respond to his messages, he doesn't understand the meaning of the words "no" and "don't" and finally, he gives off a bad vibe.

I used to go out with this one guy until I realized he was kinda creepy so I just cut him off lol.
