Is there any way to tie yourself up?

I want to practise escaping from being tied up. Is there any way to tie myself up so I have to struggle to get free?

Yeah. Use a machine mechanism you can activate remotely to finish your knots. Be certain not to drop the remote though... But any winch etc will do.

With great difficulty yes but it would be easier to get a friend to do it
