If you were granted ONE wish to improve your life - what would it be?

Id wish for a random payment of money to be put into my bank account every month. About the same amount that id get from working full time. That way I could live my life with those I care about, I could do things that I enjoy doing and I could still save up money for bigger adventures

Other than that just more money so I wouldn't have to work and could just enjoy life with them and my wife.

Presuming more wishes is out of the question, I'd go for a thorium reactor, lab meat or for all cars to be electrical or with bio-fuel. We're already quickly progressing to all of these but for the sake of helping planet Earth and/or humanity I'd wish that.

Or I could go for the selfish option and say that I want more money. Then again, having a ton of money automatically comes with a lot of bogus 'friend' and fame which I frankly can't be bothered with.
