Is it just about lifting her up or carrying her somewhere? Because then it depends on the distance. But yes, I think I could lift her and if needed carry her somewhere, though not any extreme distance obviously.

Probably depending on the lift but a dead lift would be difficult but I load and lift heavy items a lot so I am used to it. The again it get easier as I bulk up.

I'm by no means strong, never been to the gym but yeah anyone can piggyback a 65kg girl, maybe even Scooby Doo style carry them for a short amount of time with the right posture
