Guys, Could the average guy lift a 100lb/45kg girl?

I'm 67 years old, 5'6" tall, and don't work out or anything. If you are talking about wrapping my arms around her and picking her up, I can easily do that - and hold her up for a long time - and have a bit of fun while we're at it. I did it with a 110 pounder as recently as a few months ago, so I know I can still do it.

If you are talking about lifting her straight armed over my head, I doubt I could do it. Even if I could I wouldn't try.

When I was 20, I could have picked up two of her, one under each arm.

Not just lift her but toss her up in the air and catch her. Give her a piggy back ride. Do a LOT of interesting positions with her. . .

Yeah, pretty easily. My ex was 135 and I had no problem picking her up.
