I'm a guy around 125 pounds and I lifted a girl around 140 pounds while she rode on my back. It took a little effort to get up but once I did I could run with her holding on which shocked me as I weigh less.

It will be interesting to see if girls can lift guys up so easily and the weight difference between them.

No, I don't think so. I can barely lift my boyfriend off the ground and can only manage a few steps if he's on my back. I don't think I can carry someone on y shoulders.
